What Are the Requirements for PLDT Home Fiber?

Applying for PLDT Home Fiber is straightforward — but missing even one document can delay your application by days. Here's the complete, updated checklist.

Primary Requirements

  1. At least one (1) valid government-issued ID — must show your full name and photo.
  2. Proof of billing address (second line only) — this is only required if you are applying for a second PLDT line under the same name. You'll need a utility bill (electricity or water) under your name or a landlord's authorization letter if renting.
  3. Active mobile number — PLDT will send confirmation and scheduling texts here.
  4. Valid email address — for your confirmation link and account notifications.

  • Philippine Passport
  • Driver's License
  • SSS / GSIS ID
  • PhilHealth ID
  • Voter's ID / Voter's Certification
  • Postal ID
  • PRC License
  • National ID (PhilSys)
  • Senior Citizen ID
  • PWD ID
  • TIN ID (with photo)

Tip: Expired IDs are generally not accepted. Make sure your ID is current before you submit.

What About the Selfie Requirement?

Some application channels require a selfie holding your primary ID. This is used for identity verification and is protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
