Before proceeding with the application, please prepare the following. This ensures your application gets processed without delays.
Capture Photos of Your ID
Take clear photos of the front and back of your valid government ID. Make sure your name, photo, and signature are all readable.
Take a Selfie With Your ID
Hold your valid ID next to your face and take a selfie. Your face should be clearly visible — no sunglasses or masks. The ID details must be readable.
Fill Out the Application Form
Complete the form with accurate information — including house number, street name, barangay, and two contact numbers (yours and a family member's).
Submit & Confirm
Review your details and submit. A PLDT/K&WIN representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your application. Ensure you check your email and click on the mandatory confirmation link to accept the terms.
